Plan Specific Gift Card Rewards Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the CleanSky Energy Gift Card Rewards (the “Program”). These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Program, which is offered by CleanSky Energy (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms. 

1. Eligibility:

  • This promotion is available to customers who sign up for Eco Rewards and/or Gas Giveback Plans in 6, 12, or 24-month term lengths.
  • Customer must enroll with valid email address to receive rewards.
  • Participants must remain active and in good standing with their account through the 6-month disbursement interval and term on their signed contract to qualify for gift card rewards.

*An account in “Good Standing” for the purposes of these terms and conditions with respect to CleanSky Energy is defined as the account meeting the following criteria:

  1. Consistent Payment History: The account must have a history of timely and consecutive bill payments over a 60-day period or equivalent to two consecutive bill cycles.
  2. Zero Past Due Balance: The account must maintain a balance of zero in terms of overdue payments.
  3. Non-Delinquent Status: The account must not be in a delinquent state, indicating adherence to the agreed-upon payment terms.
  4. Continuous Service: There must be no instances of disconnection due to non-payment throughout the duration of the account, ensuring uninterrupted electricity service.

2. Offer Details:

  • 6-Month Offers: Customers who complete 6 months will receive a $25 gift card.
  • 12-Month Offers: Customers will receive a $25 gift card at both 6 months and 12 months, totaling $50 if they complete the full term.
  • 24-Month Offers: Customers will earn a $25 gift card at 6, 12, 18, and 24 months, totaling $100 for completing the full 24-month term.

Qualifying Gas and Electric offers will be fulfilled independently based on qualification of their respective accounts.

3. Gift Card Issuance:

  • Gift card(s) will be sent via email within 30 days of completing each qualifying term.

4. Changes and Termination:

  • The company reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your participation in the Program, including but not limited to, any delay or failure to award gift cards, or any unauthorized access to your account. In no event shall our liability exceed the value of the gift cards you have earned. 

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
