How does the AMPlified Saver 12 plan work?
The AMPlified Saver 12 Plan is a 12-month fixed-rate electricity plan that includes a monthly $100 bill credit when your electricity usage meets or exceeds a 1,000 kWh threshold.

Who is this plan available to?
This plan is only valid for new residential customers in the ERCOT market.

How many kilowatt hours do I have to use to qualify for a $100 bill credit each month?
Bill credit(s) will only be applied for each billing cycle in which your usage reaches 1,000 kWh or more.

What charges does the price I pay for this plan consist of?
The price you pay each month will consist of the Energy Charge and the TDSP Delivery Charges.

Will my total electricity bill be the same every month?
No. While your Energy Charge per kWh is fixed, your total bill will still vary based on:
- Your actual monthly electricity usage (total kWh consumed).
- The application of the monthly bill credit (if you hit the usage target).
- Non-adjustable Transmission and Distribution Utility (TDU) charges, which are fees passed through from your local utility company.

Is there a base fee included in the plan?
No, there is no base fee included.

When and how will I receive my bill credit(s)?
Bill credit(s) will be applied immediately when the bill is generated for 1,000 kWh or more of usage.

What is the total amount of bill credit(s) I can receive with the AMPlified Saver 12 plan?
In total, customers can receive up to $1,200 in bill credits by the end of their 12-month fixed-rate plan, provided they use 1,000 kWh or more each month for the entire term.

How do I understand the rate that I am being charged on my bill with this plan?
The average price is based on a monthly usage of 1,000 kWh and includes an energy charge, Transmission and Distribution charges passed through without markup, and a bill credit for any billing period in which your usage is greater than or equal to 1,000 kWh.
Your actual price will vary with usage and can change to reflect changes in law or regulatory charges allowed by the Public Utility Commission of Texas.

Are my bill credit(s) transferable or redeemable for cash?
No, the bill credits can’t be transferred or redeemed.

If I use more than 2,000 kWh, do I still get a bill credit and what is my energy charge?
Yes, the customer will receive a bill credit due to being over the 1,000 kWh requirement.
The energy charge billed to he customer will be the charge depicted under the 2,000 kWh at the top of the Electricity Facts Label document.

What happens if I use less electricity than the required usage threshold?
If your usage falls below the credit threshold (e.g., below 1,000 kWh), you will not receive the monthly bill credit.

What is the goal of the bill credit?
The bill credit is designed to significantly lower your average price per kWh for the month, making the plan most cost-effective for customers who consistently meet or exceed the required usage threshold.

Is there an Early Termination Fee (ETF)?
Yes, the AMPlified Saver 12 Plan includes an Early Termination Fee (ETF) if you switch to a different provider before the 12-month term is complete. The amount is specified in the plan’s Electricity Facts Label (EFL).

What does my Energy Charge on my Electricity Facts Label consist of?
The energy charge on the Electricity Facts Label document is a blended rate based on the amount of kilowatt hours each customer utilizes (e.g. if you only utilize 1,000 kWh you will be charged the 1,000 kWh rate depicted at the top of the Electricity Facts Label document).
