Your points do not expire as long as you’re a CleanSky Energy customer. You can rollover your points in a calendar and save for bigger and better rewards.

As a CleanSky Energy Customer, points can be redeemed through your rewards account. Choose from the offers provided.

Can I still redeem my points if I’m no longer a CleanSky Energy customer?
Once you are no longer a CleanSky Energy customer, your reward account will be deactivated, and your points will be forfeited.

What is the different between the Loyalty Program and the Refer-A-Friend Program?
In the Rewards program, customers can earn points for repeat actions and ongoing engagement, while the Refer-A-Friend Program rewards customers $50 Amazon.com Gift Card based on successful customer referrals. You can view the Refer-A-Friend program here.

Do I get points when my friend enrolls?
Points are based on the Rewards Program for which you will not get points when your referral enrolls. However, you will receive a $50 Amazon.com Gift Card based on successful customer referrals in the Refer-A-Friend program. Check Refer-A-Friend program FAQ’s here.
