Price Matters
Oftentimes, electric companies will charge a premium for clean energy — just because they can. We oppose this practice, and it’s one of the main reasons we started CleanSky: to clear clean energy’s name and provide customers with electricity and natural gas rates comparable to those backed by fossil fuels.

Transparency
100% of the electricity we offer is renewable, and we buy Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) to verify that. These credits are created by solar and wind farms, and every watt of electricity our customers use is backed by a certificate. And for products like natural gas that power your stove, we make sure it’s carbon neutral by buying carbon offsets.
