  • How does the CleanSky Refer-A-Friend Program work?

    If you’re a current customer of CleanSky Energy and love powering your home with renewable energy, you now have the opportunity to invite your friends to go green with you. 

    This program offers current customers of CleanSky Energy the opportunity to refer friends and family to CleanSky Energy and receive a $50 Amazon.com Gift Card. The Referring’s account is required to be in good standing (meaning you do not have any penalties or delinquent payments on your account during your contract) to be eligible to participate.

  • What rewards do I earn when I refer a friend?

    You will receive a $50 Amazon.com Gift Card for every friend who successfully enrolls in a plan with CleanSky Energy.

  • How do I get started on referring friends to CleanSky Energy?

    If you are a current customer of CleanSky, simply create a rewards account on rewards.cleanskyenergy.com. Once logged in, your referral link will be available to copy and share with your friends via text, email, or social media.  

  • Can I refer someone who is already a customer with CleanSky Energy or used to be a customer of CleanSky Energy?

    You can only refer friends who are either new to CleanSky or have not been customers of CleanSky Energy in the previous 6 months.

  • When and how will I receive my reward(s)?

    Once your referred friend has successfully enrolled with CleanSky Energy and completed two consecutive bill payments, both you and your friend will receive a $50 Amazon.com Gift Card via email.

  • Can I refer friends from different locations?

    Currently this program is only available to select deregulated areas. To find out if we service your area, please visit cleanskyenergy.com.

  • How do I track my Refer-A-Friend status?

    You will be able to track your referral status in your rewards account. To log in to your rewards account, visit https://rewards.cleanskyenergy.com.

  • What if my friend forgets to use the referral link when they enroll?

    The referred customer must use the personalized referral link in order for you and your referred friend to receive the reward. The referral reward cannot be retroactively applied after enrollment.

  • What are some ways I can refer friends or family?

    You can copy your personalized link via text, email or share on social media.

  • What are the Terms and Conditions?

    Referring and Referred customers must be enrolled on an eligible plan and with an account in good standing* to participate. After CleanSky Energy successfully enrolls a new customer (Referred) in a plan with a 12-month term or longer, using the unique Referral Code of the Referring customer, and the Referred  pays their first two CleanSky Energy bills, the Referring customer and the Referred will each receive a $50 Amazon.com Gift Card via email to the address they have on file with CleanSky Energy. The Amazon.com Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-transferable. Referral code must be used at the time of enrollment and cannot be retroactively applied. There is no limit to the number of gift cards a customer can receive.     *An account in “Good Standing” for the purposes of these terms and conditions with respect to CleanSky Energy is defined as the account meeting the following criteria:

    1. Consistent Payment History: The account must have a history of timely and consecutive bill payments over a 60-day period or equivalent to two consecutive bill cycles.
    2. Zero Past Due Balance: The account should maintain a balance of zero in terms of overdue payments.
    3. Non-Delinquent Status: The account must not be in a delinquent state, indicating adherence to the agreed-upon payment terms.
    4. Continuous Service: There should be no instances of disconnection due to non-payment throughout the duration of the account, ensuring uninterrupted electricity service.
