Designated Free Energy: 0¢ per kWh from 3pm – 6pm on Monday and from 12am to 11:59pm on Sunday until 11:59pm.
In the event Transmission and Distribution Service Provider (TDSP) fails to record complete interval data, your TDSP may estimate usage for missing periods using historical data from your meter, or report interval data for missing intervals as a zero. A multi-day average of recent interval data may be used to estimate usage for missing intervals and used to calculate your monthly bill. When there is a difference between the monthly meter read and monthly total of actual or estimated interval data, the usage will be re-billed upon receipt of the full set of interval data for the billing period where estimation occurred.

Only the energy charges from CleanSky Energy on your bill are eligible. The average price per kWh includes the PUC Assessment. Prices are exclusive of state and local sales taxes, the Gross Receipts Reimbursement, and any other nonrecurring amounts charged by CleanSky or a governmental entity.

Your average price per kWh each month is determined by the energy charges outlined above and the following predetermined formula:

Price per kWh = XXXX ((Monthly Paid Energy Period kWh usage x Paid Energy Period kWh Charge) + (CenterPoint Energy Delivery Charges)) for the free electricity bill credit.

Your price may be adjusted to reflect changes in the charges from your utility provider (e.g. CenterPoint Energy, ONCOR, AEP Texas, Texas-New Mexico), changes to the ERCOT, PUCT, or other administrative fees charged to loads or changes resulting from federal, state or local laws or regulatory actions that impose new or modified fees or costs that are beyond CleanSky Energy’s control.

Fees not included in price: Insufficient Funds: $30; Disconnect Notice Fee: $10; Disconnection Fee: $50. Information on other non-recurring fees is available in the Terms of Service of your chosen plan in the section labeled ‘Other Charges and Fees’.

Only the energy charges from CleanSky Energy on your bill are eligible for the free bill credit for Monday – Friday 3-6pm, and all day Sunday. The free happy hour power is defined as the billing cycle ending with your meter read date . TDSP charges and taxes are not included in the free electricity.

In the event of an emergency power outage in your home, call your local utility company. They are responsible for fixing power outages when they occur. Your utility’s contact information is found on your monthly energy invoice.
