  • What is the MyAccount portal?

    The MyAccount Portal is your secure, easy-to-use space for managing your CleanSky Energy account. Here, you can view and manage information regarding your energy service, billing, payments, usage, and AutoPay, all in one place. 

  • Who can use the MyAccount portal?

    Any customer with an active CleanSky Energy account can access and manage their account through the portal. 

  • When and how do I register?

    Starting June 22, 2026, the new MyAccount portal will be available. You will receive an email from CleanSky Energy giving you detailed instructions on how to properly re-register. For your security, you’ll need to register before signing in for the first time. To complete registration, you’ll need your CleanSky Energy account number (found on your invoice), the email address on your account, and your billing ZIP code. Simply click “Register Now” on the login page, create your Login ID and password, and you’re all set — the process takes about 2–3 minutes.

  • Where can I find my customer account number?

    Your account number can be found on any CleanSky Energy invoice or via the ‘forgot your account number’ generator on our contact us page.

  • Will I have to set-up AutoPay again?

    No — you’re all set! Your AutoPay enrollment transfers automatically to the new portal, so there’s nothing you need to do. The only reason you’d need to update it is if you’d like to change your payment method.

  • What if I have multiple accounts?

    If you log in and only see one account, don’t worry — give our customer care team a call and we’ll get all of your accounts linked under one portal for you.

  • Will I lose my information during the portal migration?

    No. Everything from your legacy MyAccount portal moves with you to the new one — your name, service address, contact information, saved payment methods, AutoPay enrollment, paperless billing preferences, billing history, and payment history. It’s all there waiting for you.

  • Will my services be interrupted?

    No, your energy service will continue without interruption. You do not need to re-enroll or re-enter payment information. 

  • What if my email is newly changed?

    Please call customer care for assistance and to ensure that the new email address is correctly updated across the board.

  • When will the legacy portal no longer be available to access?

    The legacy portal will be retired on June 22, 2026. After that date, simply visit MyAccount and register to continue accessing your account online. Your service will not be affected by this change.

  • Where can I go if I need additional help?
