Customers complete enrollment on a single page.
All required SMS disclosures are visible prior to submission and are not hidden behind tooltips or icons.
Consent is captured when the customer clicks the “Next” button after reviewing disclosures and making any optional selections.

Key Consent Elements
- By providing your mobile number and clicking ‘Next,’ you agree to receive account-related text messages from CleanSky Energy regarding your enrollment and ongoing account services (e.g., enrollment confirmations, account updates, and renewal reminders). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.
- Marketing consent is optional and requires explicit selection of an unchecked checkbox
- Marketing is not a condition of purchase

All consent is obtained only after the customer has been presented with and has had the opportunity to review the required disclosures

TPV (Third-Party Verification – Broker Enrollments)
All broker/non-internal enrollments are completed through recorded TPV.
During TPV, the customer is presented with:
