CleanSky Energy SMS Program (“Program”).
Program description
By opting in, you agree that CleanSky Energy may send you recurring SMS text messages to the mobile number you provide, depending on what you agreed to at opt-in. Messages may include (a) account-related notifications (such as enrollment confirmations, billing alerts, and service/outage updates). If you separately and expressly opt in to marketing SMS, messages may also include (b) marketing offers/promotions (such as price/offers).

Opt-in
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from CleanSky Energy through one or more of the following methods, as presented at the time you provide consent: website enrollment forms, agent/IVR enrollment, door-to-door/paper/tablet forms, and/or keyword/text opt-in (if offered).
Opt-out
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send one (1) confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from the Program unless you re-subscribe.
