1. Introduction
Welcome to the CleanSky Energy Rewards (the “Program”). These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Program, which is offered by CleanSky Energy (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and maintain active electricity or gas supply service from CleanSky Energy. Employees of CleanSky Energy and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Program.
3. Participation
To participate in the Program, you must meet eligibility requirements and activate your CleanSky Energy Rewards by visiting rewards.cleanskyenergy.com.
4. Earning Points
4.1. Point Accumulation: You will earn points (“Points”) for specific actions, such as referrals, and social media activity as detailed on our Program webpage. Actions and reward behaviors are subject to change.
4.2. Point Value: The value of Points is determined by CleanSky Energy and may vary based on promotional activities. Point value is subject to change.
4.3 Maximum Number of Points: The maximum number of points a customer can earn in one calendar year is 20,000.
5. Redeeming Points
5.1. Redemption Options: Points can be redeemed for rewards such as gift cards and other rewards listed in the reward exchange profile. Points cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable.
5.2. Redemption Process: To redeem Points, log in to your CleanSky Energy Rewards account and follow the redemption instructions provided.
5.3. Redemption Limitations: Some rewards may have limited availability and are subject to change without notice. Points cannot be redeemed in combination with other offers unless explicitly stated. A W-9 will be issued, if the issued gift card amount is equal to or greater than $600 from all CleanSky Energy promotional programs over the course of one calendar year.
6. Point Value and Expiration
6.1. Point Value: Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6.2. Expiration: Points do not expire unless your service with CleanSky Energy has been terminated.
7. Account Status
Account Activity: You must be a current CleanSky Energy customer for your account to be considered active. If you are no longer a customer of CleanSky Energy, your rewards account will be closed and you will forfeit any accumulated Points at the company’s discretion.
Program Changes and Termination
8.1. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to change these Terms, including Point earning and redemption rates, at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or our Program webpage.
8.2. Acceptance of New Terms: By continuing to participate in the CleanSky Energy Rewards following any modifications to these Terms and Conditions, you automatically accept and agree to the updated Terms and Conditions.
8.3. Program Termination: We may terminate the Program at any time with notice. Upon termination, all Points will be forfeited.
9. Fraud and Misuse
Any fraud, attempted fraud, or misuse of the Program (as determined by the Company in its sole discretion) may result in the forfeiture of Points and termination of your participation in the Program.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your participation in the Program, including but not limited to, any delay or failure to award Points, or any unauthorized access to your account. In no event shall our liability exceed the value of the points you have earned.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
